Shipping policy

Important COVID-19 Information.

After a closure to keep our team safe and healthy during the COVID-19 surge, the Aeotec Store team are back and orders are shipping. But they're not shipping with the same speed that they use to.

We're still able to ship goods within 24 hours of being ordered, but the couriers we use remain short staffed and orders are taking longer than normal to arrive. We apologise for this but are sure that you understand.

 

Tax and duty.

Please be aware that taxes and duties may be charged by your local customs when shipping transcontinentally. For instance, shipping from our Asia warehouse to the NA may incur taxation and duty charges while shipping from our USA warehouse to within USA will not.

Tracking your order

All orders ship with door-to-door tracking and you'll receive your tracking number once the order has shipped.
