Refund policy
The following policy applies to transactions through Aeotec Store only.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Order Id;
- Surname (as was billed for the order);
- Email address;
- Post code / zip code (as was on the order).
To arrange a return you'll need a RA (return authorisation) number and shipping address. You can contact our support team to receive both.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Aeotec Store offer of a 30 day return policy
- Returns in new condition with original packaging and accessories in original condition are eligible to receive a refund.
- Returns must include the receipt or invoice as proof of purchase, as well as a copy of the RA (Return Authorisation) issued by our support team.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original ship date of your order.
- Only products purchased from Aeotec Store are entitled to a refund.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase price, less any shipping charges.
- Refunds are usually reflected on the original credit card you used for any purchase within 10 working days of Aeotec Store receipt of your return. Refunds will only be made using your original payment method.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Customer must return goods to the original warehouse from which goods were dispatched.
Some exceptions to our 30 day return policy do exist.
- Used and refurbished items are not eligible for refund or exchange. All sales are final.
- Returns are not accepted for non-defective goods such as where a product is incompatible with your automation system and / or software.
- Software products are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. All sales are final.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
